It's pretty freakin' rediculous when we have to pay children just to do well in school. There are hundreds of millions of children across the world who would kill to get a free education like we do here in the US. It is absolutely disgusting how much we have begun to take advantage of this great system we have in place. I really hope people start wising up.
well idk because my parents paid me for my grades all through middle school and they said they still planning to and for me it was kind of a reason to do good in school. If i didn't understand it i went in and asked because if i got a bad grade not only would i get yelled at, my parents wouldn't pay me when came down to semester
I've always been paid for my good grades, & seemingly I have always had B's & above, (with a few C's). I think it's a great idea if your child doesn't take advantage of it. If you want to "bribe" a child to do well, money could just be an alternative. People could try later curfews, more privileges, shopping sprees, etc.
I think that paying your kid to do well in school and get good grades is a good and a bad thing. It's good because the kid knows that they have to good to get paid. It's bad because it's bribing the student to do well and that's wrong, I guess
